Below we answer our most frequently asked questions. At The Cold Rooms, we take pride in creating and maintaining a friendly, positive and welcoming atmosphere. Our staff is attentive and will be on-hand to help you capture the audio you need or rehearse to the best of your abilities.

Whether you would like to hire a studio for podcast recording, regular music practice or for a one-off podcast recording/streaming recording session, we will ensure all your needs are accommodated and your experience with us is as enjoyable as possible.

What are your opening times?

Mon - Sat: 10 AM - 11 PM
Sun: 9 AM - 10 PM
Can I hire equipment?

Yes, we have drum kits, bass and guitar amps available to hire. We also hire PA Equipment, Lighting, Wireless Microphones.

For Videographers and Film Makers we also hire Blackmagic Design Cameras and DJI Ronin gimbals. We also have our green screen room available to hire and our professional infinity cove coming soon.
Is there a minimum booking?

Yes, we have a minimum booking of two hours (no max).
Please remember that your time slot includes your set up and pack down. Please make sure you are ready to leave the room by the end of your time slot as there may be another band/artist in after you.
Extra charges will apply if you over run.
What if I need to cancel?

We understand that things happen from time to time.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Less than 48-hours notice 50% of booking.
Less than 24-hours notice 100% of booking.
We don't like charging, but please understand that all of our crew are freelance and will have turned down other work to cover your session.
Do you sell Vouchers /Gift Cards ?

Yes we sell vouchers/gift cards for Rehearsals and Studio time. We can issue and receive payment electronically. Just email us and we will arrange it,
